Impulse welding machines for banners and roll blinds
Our eco-friendly impulse welding machines for signs, banners and roll blinds, or sealing polyethylene bags are low power consuming, smoke-free, with no transmitting frequencies that could cause harmful discharges or interferences with other equipments.
There are no sparks damaging the printings, and welding doesn't either affect the printing quality.
Machines can be used for overlap joining of two cloth pieces, making pocket hems, sealing bags, etc.
By making adjustments for temperature and pressure that you can save for later use (up to 10 profiles), can weld from thin films and meshes - including Soltis-like or other roll blind products - to polyester coated fabrics up to 650gsm (tested) or polyethylene films up to 900microns (tested).
Machines are available in welding width of 10, 15 and 25mm, and lenghts of 1200, 1500, 2500, 3000, 3500, 4000, 4500 and 5000mm. Imagine welding 5000x25mm in a single welding cycle !!
These impulse welding machines for banners are easy to operate and with low maintenance. CE certified. Can be serviced by local technicians with knowledge on pneumatics and electricity ... but there's warranty on pieces !
